Underpaid wages? The easy way to file a Kentucky wage complaint.

This is not for workers compensation claimants, but other employees that have been underpaid wages. For example, not being paid overtime, not getting tips, not being put on the clock when doing work, etc.

This is the easiest way I have seen to file a complaint. Just fill out the Employment Complaint Form, and it is sent to the Kentucky Department of Labor:
